A Super Sunday

The Patriots' choke may have broken my heart, but nothing could ruin what was truly a super Sunday.

Before the game, I assembled the crib, which had sat in the box on the floor for more than two months. Now that it's put together, I can't believe we waited so long. And I can't believe that our new addition will be here in 15 weeks (or thereabouts).

I can't say where we got it (my wife would kill me), but it's a Baby Mod ParkLane crib with stationary sides (drop sides scare the hell out of me) that converts quite easily into a toddler bed.

But that's a long way in the future. Today, I'll just enjoy the sight of our baby's bed, which looks great in the nursery.

Now if that cork flooring we ordered would get here ...
